ISO 15593

Packaging- Management of hygiene in the manufacture of packaging for food- requirements.

The standard was first published in March, 2008. It can be used in all organisations that want to effectively manage the hygiene in the production of packaging for food.

The requirements of the standard include : health management system, hazard analysis and risk assessment, pollution sources and requirements for plants and personnel.

EN 15593 Standard can be a tool to improve the quality management system for packaging of food and an introduction to the implementation and certification of the enterprise for compliance with the requirements of ISO 22000 or BRC IOP.
